These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EV Sound FX (the "Service"), including its website, sound engine, Sound Studio tool, and any associated content. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership

The Service — including its source code, software, audio recordings and synthesized sound designs, visual design, graphics, logos, and written content — is owned by EV Sound FX and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

2. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and any active subscription, you're granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed and processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are as presented at checkout and in your account management portal.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Any speed, RPM, efficiency ("Estimated MPGe"), or other figures shown are estimates generated from your device's GPS and a physics-based model — they are not measurements from your vehicle and should not be relied on for navigation, legal, safety, or vehicle-diagnostic purposes. Do not interact with the Service while driving.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized copying or reproduction of the Service's code, audio, or content is a violation of these Terms and applicable copyright law, and may result in legal action, including a claim for damages.
